Our Wonnil story.
Our three founding partners were born on Noongar land and have deep and long-lasting connections to the Wonnil. Collene is a proud, strong Menang Ngudju Noongar yok (woman) who celebrates over 3,000 generations of connections to this Country. James has seven generations of connection, and Natalie has four generations of connection, to this Country.
The reconciliation journey is about truth, courage and healing. We have chosen the peppermint tree to represent our business as it is known to have significant healing properties. “Wonnil” is the Noongar name for the peppermint tree. Wonnil Partners are working together for reconciliation and healing.
